One of the more difficult aspects of our job is trying to identify what people mean when they call us and say they want their dog “certified as a PADS dog”. Training in the Fraser Valley will have to be put on hold for a short while because trainer Amelia has given birth! This is Amelia’s 1st child, so we can’t predict how long her maternity leave might last, but we do apologize for not being there to help out with your new puppies and your older doggies who need training.
You must be consistent. You must use your leash. You must fall back on your dog’s basic obedience training. You can’t just do nothing, or expect the person being jumped on to do something.
